This book continues W. Becker s Advanced Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting Techniques published by Springer in 2005. It starts with a general description of the technique and its development in the last 10 years. The larger part of the book is dedicated to TCSPC applications, most of them in life sciences or biomedical optics.
