The book describes recent developments in aeroacoustic measurements in wind tunnels and the interpretation of the resulting data. The reader will find the latest measurement techniques described along with examples of the results.The goal of aeroacoustic measurements is to provide a basis for assessing mechanisms of noise generation, and to develop methods of reducing noise to more acceptable levels.
