This book summarizes the author's personal philosophy and conception of reality based on the latest scientific evidence. It explains the strengths and the weaknesses of the religious and scientific worldviews and comes up with an alternative view based on Naturalism. For Naturalists the world is a unitary, causally interconnected system without supernatural entities or systemic purpose. This worldview can be a source of meaning and spirituality similar to that of liberal religion.
