A little girl learns about the power of imagination and confronting her fears in this delightful picture book. Bored and upset that no one in her family pays attention to her, a little girl decides to bake a very special cake with her Grandfather John, and together they mix the ingredients to create an enormous crocodile-shaped cake. While waiting for the cake to bake, the little girl hears strange noises in the kitchen, and when she opens the oven to take a peek, the crocodile cake bursts out and gobbles up everyone the little girl knows.
